Is fuel included?

Fuel is included only for tours limited to the Gulf of Naples area and for private transfer services. For all other tours, fuel is not included; you can find an estimate of the fuel costs on the dedicated page.


Do you offer ground transportation?

We offer a complimentary service for up to 4 people within the Naples area with our service car Black Tesla Model Y. If you have specific transportation needs, do not hesitate to contact us; we will be happy to arrange additional transport both in Naples and at your destination.


Where are the boats moored?

Our boats are all moored at the Powerboat Italia marina in Naples – Santa Lucia.


From which port can we depart?

Powerboat Charter services cover the entire Gulf of Naples, the Amalfi Coast, and the islands of Capri, Ischia, and Procida. Departure from our marina in Naples - Santa Lucia is included in the price, but we can also arrange pickups and drop-offs at any other port, such as Capri, Positano, Sorrento, Ischia, Procida, Amalfi.

Based on your accommodation location, our reservations department will suggest the nearest port, providing information on how to reach the docking point. A team member will always be at the port to welcome you and offer assistance. If you require private transportation to and from the port, please inquire with our reservations department.


What languages do the skippers speak?

Our skippers are all native Italian speakers and are fluent in English and Spanish. Please specify your preferred language when booking.


Are the skippers also tour guides?

No. Although our skippers are experts on the tour destinations, they are not tour guides. They can answer all your questions, but their main task is to ensure you enjoy the tour in comfort and safety. If you wish to add a tour guide to your experience, just ask.


If we disembark from the boat, will someone accompany us in the walking tour?

No. If you want to visit a destination port, the skipper will accompany you to the port and wait for you on the boat. If you want a land guide, you can request one, and we will organize it for you.


Can I request a tour different from those listed?

Certainly. Send us a message, and we can plan a different tour for you, tailored to your preferred times, destinations, and content.


Are the boats available as tenders for yachts?

Yes, we can also rent our boats as tenders for super yachts.


Do you provide beach towels on board?

Yes, we provide beach towels, along with a range of great amenities, such as linen, snacks, beverages, etc.


Do you provide lunch onboard?

We can offer, included in the price, a light cold lunch featuring local specialties such as buffalo mozzarella, cheeses, ham, tomatoes, bread, and fruit. Please communicate your needs to us, and we will try to accommodate them. Alternatively, we can take you to a wonderful seaside restaurant among the many available at our tour destinations. If lunch onboard in not specifically requested, then only snacks will be provided. 

Do you provide drinks onboard?

Yes, we do provide water, sodas, beers, white wine and prosecco wine. 

Do you provide water toys on board?

Noodles are always onboard. Water toys, such as Seabob and Paddleboard, are available upon request.


Do you provide snorkeling equipment on board?

Complimentary snorkeling equipment is available upon request. Please indicate the size needed.


Is the boat safe for children?

Yes, our boats are safe and comfortable for children and adults alike. Children must be supervised by their parents or guardians, but our team will take care of all needs to provide relaxation for parents and fun for our younger guests. In accordance with maritime law, all our vessels are equipped with life jackets for adults and children.


What is the best time to sail?

The swimming season in the South of Italy, including Naples, Capri, Amalfi Coast, Ischia, and Procida, begins in early April and lasts until the end of October. For an enjoyable excursion, to maximize time and entertainment, we suggest starting the tour around 10:00 AM and returning 6:00 PM. These are the best hours of the day to spend on a boat. We are flexible with schedules when possible. Our tours also operate during winter, when swimming is not possible but the sea is calm and the days are pleasant. In winter, it is suggested to begin tours earlier.


Can we stop to swim multiple times?

Undoubtedly, swimming is one of the best activities to enjoy during a yacht trip. By boat, it’s possible to access the best bays and coves for swimming. We always consider two or more swimming stops, according to the preferences and wishes of the guest.


Can we get off the boat and walk around the city center?

It’s possible to explore any place we visit and walk to the city center. Most centers are very close to the port, and the captain will be happy to provide directions and information about the visited location. Don’t forget to share your mobile number in case you need assistance during your time on land. Landing port fees may apply for disembarking.


Do you cater to allergies/gluten-free diets with your onboard snacks?

Onboard, we offer a selection of snacks and beverages. If you have any intolerances or specific dietary requests, please let us know well in advance. Also, inform our reservations department if you have an active restaurant reservation during the tour, to provide relevant information at the time of booking.


Are pets allowed on board?

We love animals and respect nature, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed on board. If you are traveling with pets, please inform us, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution for you and your loved ones.


What is the booking procedure?

You can book directly online. If you have any questions or need a personalized tour, please fill out the online form at the bottom of any page to get a quote. A member of our reservations department will respond within 24 hours via email. 


What is your cancellation policy?

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours' notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.


What if the weather isn’t right?

Our goal is to make your day on board with us unforgettable, and safety is our priority. Therefore, if sea conditions are not safe for navigation, no penalty will be applied for cancellation, and any deposit paid will be fully refunded. Even though the weather is typically suitable for sailing almost every day during the summer, we always suggest booking your private tour one of the first days of your stay to allow for rescheduling in case of bad weather.
