Experience the Louis Vuitton 38th America’s Cup Preliminary Regatta from the sea aboard a private motor yacht.
Enjoy a morning cruise along the Amalfi Coast, followed by an afternoon in the designated spectator area in the Bay of Naples, where the AC40 foiling yachts will race just off the city’s waterfront.

Each yacht is operated by one professional skipper and one crew member. The guest limits indicated above do not include the two crew members.
CURRENT OFFICIAL REGATTA PROGRAMME
Thursday, 24 September
Official Practice Day
The teams will take part in their official practice sessions in the Bay of Naples. The practice timetable and on-water access arrangements will be confirmed by the event organisers closer to the date.
Friday, 25 September
Race Day 1 – Up to three fleet races
Saturday, 26 September
Race Day 2 – Up to three fleet races
Sunday, 27 September
Race Day 3 – Up to two fleet races, followed by the winner-takes-all Match Race Final between the top two boats.
Racing on 25, 26 and 27 September is currently scheduled between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. All times and race formats remain subject to official confirmation, weather conditions and decisions made by the race committee.
PROPOSED RACE-DAY ITINERARY
8:45 AM
Private pickup from the guests’ hotel in central Naples. The exact pickup time and location will be confirmed according to the hotel and the event traffic plan.
9:00 AM
Boarding and departure from Powerboat Charter at Borgo Marinari, Naples.
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Scenic cruise in the Gulf of Naples.
1:00 PM
Arrival in the designated on-water spectator area in Naples.
2:00 PM–4:00 PM
Preliminary Regatta viewing experience from the sea, subject to the official race schedule.
5:00 PM
Disembarkation at Borgo Marinari and private transfer back to the hotel.
The itinerary will be adapted to the timetable and access arrangements published by the event organisers.
The proposed programme is flexible. The skipper may change the route, timing or destination according to the official race programme, weather and sea conditions, instructions from the event organisers, Port Authority regulations and safety requirements.
Race viewing will always take priority over the morning coastal tour. Guests may choose to shorten or skip the morning tour, but the total package price will remain unchanged.

REGATTA SCHEDULE AND VIEWING
The event organisers may delay, shorten, relocate or cancel practice sessions or races because of wind, weather, safety requirements or operational decisions.
Powerboat Charter cannot guarantee that a race will start, finish or take place at the published time. If navigation remains safe, the private yacht service will continue with a revised itinerary, including a coastal tour to a suitable destination in the Gulf of Naples or along the Sorrento and Amalfi Coast.
A change or cancellation made by the event organisers does not constitute cancellation of the yacht service and does not entitle guests to a refund or price reduction when the private yacht experience can still be provided.
All yachts will operate from the designated spectator areas assigned by the organisers and maritime authorities. Guests must follow the skipper’s instructions at all times.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations received in writing at least 30 calendar days before the booked date are eligible for a full refund.
• For cancellations received less than 30 calendar days before the booked date, all payments already made are non-refundable.
• The decision to cancel, interrupt or change the yacht service because of adverse weather or sea conditions may be made exclusively by the skipper for safety reasons.
• If the yacht service is cancelled before departure for safety reasons, Powerboat Charter will offer a new mutually acceptable date.
• If the service can operate safely but the official practice or racing programme is changed or cancelled, the yacht experience will proceed with a revised itinerary and no refund will be due solely because of the event change.
• If Powerboat Charter must cancel the entire service because of a technical problem, force majeure or another circumstance beyond its reasonable control, it may offer a comparable or higher-category yacht, subject to the customer’s acceptance. If no accepted alternative or new date can be provided, the amount paid for the cancelled service will be refunded. No additional compensation or reimbursement of travel, accommodation or other indirect expenses will be due.
BOOKING AND GUEST IDENTIFICATION
The booking is confirmed only after payment of the required deposit and receipt of written confirmation from Powerboat Charter. The payment schedule will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The full names of all guests must be provided when booking.
The information must be complete and accurate. Guest data will be used only for booking, insurance, safety and regulatory purposes in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.
IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Yacht and crew
Powerboat Charter will provide the selected yacht in a safe, clean and properly equipped condition, with the navigation and safety equipment required by applicable law. The yacht will remain under the control of the skipper throughout the service.
2.Authority of the skipper
The skipper has final authority over navigation, route, speed, anchoring, guest conduct and all safety decisions. All guests must follow the skipper’s and crew member’s instructions.
3.Personal and non-transferable booking
The booking may not be transferred, resold or sub-chartered to another person without the prior written approval of Powerboat Charter.
4.Number of guests
The number of guests must be agreed when booking and may not exceed the limit stated for the selected yacht. Additional or undeclared guests may be refused boarding without refund.
5.Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the yacht. Smoking on the exterior deck is permitted only with the skipper’s approval.
6.Shoes, cabins and toilets
Outdoor shoes are not permitted onboard. Guests may not enter the cabins while wet, salty or sandy.
Paper, wipes and other materials must not be placed in the marine toilets. The bins provided onboard must be used.
7.Sunscreen and upholstery
Sunscreens, oils, sprays and self-tanning products that may stain the yacht’s upholstery must not be used onboard.
8.Damage
The customer is responsible for damage caused to the yacht, its equipment, accessories, tender or water toys by the customer or their guests through negligence, misuse or failure to follow crew instructions.
9. Food and beverages
The food and beverages expressly listed in the package are included. Guests may consume the provisions available onboard, but unused items must remain on the yacht at the end of the service.
10.Minor defects
A minor technical or equipment defect that does not affect safety or materially prevent the main yacht service from being performed will not entitle the customer to cancel the booking or request a price reduction, subject to applicable mandatory law.
12.Safety and maritime regulations
Guests must comply with all instructions issued by the skipper, event marshals, the Port Authority and police or security vessels. Entering the racecourse perimeter, operating drones, anchoring in prohibited areas or interfering with the event is strictly forbidden.
Powerboat Charter is an independent private yacht operator. It is not an official partner of, affiliated with or endorsed by the America’s Cup, Louis Vuitton or the event organisers. All event names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
